Day18: Six hours in the sun, and my face is the same color as the dress...

Day 18: Me-Made dress. Just a WEE BIT burnt after 6hours in the sun playing ultimate frisbee, despite sunscreen.

Day 19: Me-Made dress. for an afternoon with my baby sister.
Yep! That's three weeks of MMMAY under my belt. And, with the exception of my Grace cardigan, which I threw on over my maxi dress on day16, I haven't repeated anything. I'm not sure how that's possible. It's going to happen before the end of the month. But, it's fun to see how long I can stretch before it's necessary. I'm definitely starting to notice some major gaps in the Me-Made garments I have readily available in my closet. Which will definitely help to steer my stitching in the months ahead.

Great job! You've definitely inspired me to try this next year, though I don't sew. I wonder if I can wear hand knits everyday in May? Maybe I should pick a colder month... :)

Great job keeping up with your MMM pledge! All of your outfits are so cute. I like your glasses too, btw. :)

I see a lack of shirts...lots of dresses/skirts but no shirts. Then again, I don't know squat about sewing so I don't know how difficult a shirt is compared to a dress. Or pants. Or shorty shorts :)

Ugggh I cannot get over how much I love that black and white maxi dress!!! I need one of those NOW :) Love all your outfits! Also one of my first ever sewing projects was a cover for my machine made out of the same gray / yellow bird fabric as your first skirt! ;)

SO cute! You are such an inspiration! I seriously need to get back to sewing some garments! Your summer dresses are simply THE BEST.

I am so impressed with your seamstress abilities. In fact, reading your blog has provided the kick in the butt I needed to finally replace my sewing machine. I brought one home today and I am so excited to bring my fabric stash out of retirement!
